Description

We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team of engineers, PhDs, and investment managers in Madrid. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing communication strategies and actions for consortia involved in European-funded projects, ensuring clear and effective communication and dissemination of information among partners, stakeholders, and the public.

This position entails developing communication plans, crafting high-quality digital content (social media, website, email newsletters), managing project websites, coordinating with project partners, and supporting the preparation of reports, presentations and other communication and dissemination collaterals. You will play a key role in enhancing the visibility, awareness, and impact of our consortia projects.

Desired Background

  • Master’s in Management and/or Strategic Marketing & Communication

  • At least 1 year of work experience

  • Experience with Canva and Wix or similar tools/software

  • Fluent in English (C1+), writing and speaking
