Business Development Representative - Finland 

Note: Training period of 1-2 months in Madrid before relocating to Helsinki, Finland for remainder of internship (the rest of 2025)

We are seeking proactive Business Development Representatives to join our team. He/she will be a member of our Business Development team in Madrid, but will relocate to Helsinki to work remotely after completing their training period..
 

In this role, you will focus on identifying and qualifying opportunities for EU funding grants and building strategic partnerships. Possible to become a Full Time Employee upon completion of the internship.

MANDATORY Requirements

​

  • European passport

  • Under the age of 30 years old

  • Have at least 6 months of “empadronamiento” in a Spanish autonomous community registered

About the Job

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify relevant funding opportunities across various EU programs (Horizon Europe, Eureka Eurostars, European Defense Fund…) ensuring alignment with Futuro Perfecto’s goals and priorities

  • Attend key industry events in Helsinki, representing Futuro Perfecto, and staying updated on funding programs and collaboration possibilities

  • Establish strong relationships with key EU stakeholders, including organizations like the European Innovation Council (EIC) and other relevant representatives

Desired Background

  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales positions OR a master’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience with EU Funding or National Grants is desirable.

  • C1 level English and C1 level Spanish. Proficiency in Finnish is desirable, but not required.

  • Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)

  • Strong awareness and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and the global innovation landscape.

  • Team player and fast learner.
